About Ryan
Ryan is a sound designer and music producer currently serving as professor in the Audio Production department at the Art Institute of Atlanta. Ryan received his MFA in Sound Design at the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2009. On top of creating sound designs for film and animation, Ryan works in any number of the sound arts, including music composition, music production, and experimental sound art. Ryan currently balances writing and performing music with two different bands, The Wiitles and Oryx and Crake, creating sound design for film and animation, and producing music. Additionally, Ryan is currently exploring new ways to use sound interactively online.

ryan, i’m looking for a one to one tutor for ableton live. wondering if you knew someone who could teach me the basics as i learn better in that type of setting. i see there is a bootcamp type of class in new york at dubspot.com for 150 bucks, for 3 hours each on saturday and a sunday, but i cant afford the hotel room to stay up there, lol!! the hotel is more than the class…anyways, i’d appreciate your help in finding a tutor, thanks!
